Before founding Strathearn in 1993 alongside Ron Fuller and Ian Winter, Ted had over 40 years experience as an insurance broker as well as 7 years as an underwriter before that.

Ted spent many of his broking years as the Manager of an International Insurance Broker.

Ted has dual role as both company director and general manager of the WA broking operations.
