In addition to our Material Damage, Liability and Delay in Start Up products our consultative approach has also enabled us to develop a range of products unique to these types of project delivery methods.   These can range from broad coverage across the two step ECI process or the pre and post target out-turn cost development phases of an alliance.  The alliance First Party Project Professional Indemnity Policy is one development where the insurance industry is working with the construction industry to meet client needs.     

One of the simplest variations we can make to off-the-shelf products is to tranche your premium payments as you secure more finance to develop the project across pre-approval site activities through to early works and main works.
