transfer in the insurance context has to play in the financial performance of a property development.

The Strathearn team has been responsible for the analysis, design execution and management of a number of property developments around Australia. We have acted for listed and unlisted trusts and syndicates in relation to commercial, bulk retail, industrial and residential developments.

In addition to the developers and construction stakeholders, we have acted for financiers both as their brokers and as insurance consultants managing the special requirements of financiers such as non-vitiation, subrogation waivers and cross liability, loss payee requirements and non-reinstatement.

Our ability to understand the technical aspects of property development allows us to make detailed presentations to the insurance markets that are clear and concise.
